I have a 620 and 820 in a 46 bowed and don't havr any problems unless I point them toward the sand.

I have both a 620 and an 820 in a 38g with out any problems, even with sand. You're not going to have any problems at all. In fact, you may end up desiring more flow once you see how soft and gentle these Seios are.

LOL! I had about 4,000 gph in a 38 gal so I think you're good.:p I put a 620 (Seio) in my 24gal Aquapod a few weeks ago and took it out because it didn't do much for flow for me:rolleyes::)

I knew you would jump on this one Krish!!
Your probably going to want more flow than just the 620.
I have 48X turnover a hour in my 72 right now.

i have the 620 ..the flow is so wide, that it literally isn't enough flow to move anything..i would definately go with a bigger one, maybe the 820

lol ya, i have a seio 620 in my 30 with a maxi 1200 and am looking at adding another pump maybe even a modded maxi

ROFL!! What's a tank without insane flow:D

I'll have the seio and a 300gph hagen powerhead on one side and my return pump flow (from the sump mag7) and a maxi jet 1200 on the other side. Thanks for the help.
