seio extention cord???

i bought a couple seio's and controller awhile back but the cords arent long enough for my tank. so i was wondering if these will work fine with extensions on em

I used a short extention cord going from the controller to the outlet.

I'm not sure what power these draw but I'd Imaging a good extension wouldn't hurt, just make sure to keep a drip loop if necessary and keep the connection away from water.

I'd also suggest contacting the manufacturer, to see if they actually make an extension, specifically for this need.

Could wire these in series alike cooling fans in a canopy so they're running on a single line unless your linking to timers to control them.
