The '-cons' are fat supplements. The products without the -con suffix are vitamin supplements.

Do you have to use those in conjuction with each other or can you just use one or the other? As of right now I just soak the food with zoecon and feed my tank. Do I have to use the zoe along with it? Thanks

You need to use BOTH a fat supplement and a vitamin supplement. You can mix and match whichever you want to use, but you need to use both. For instance for a while you can use
Selcon and Zoe, then switch to
Selco and Zoecon, then switch to
Zoecon and Vitachem, then switch to another combination, but always one fat and one vitamin supplement.
