Skimmer gone crazy

I have a reef octopus bh1000 hob skimmer and it has worked perfectly no hiccups.... Until now. It has produced awesome skimmate. I turned it off to feed and when I turned it back on the collection cup immediately over filled. I have fiddled with it adjusted the cup and it just keeps over flowing. I have no idea what went so wrong so fast. HELP PLEASE!!

Silly me. I have ran skimmerless for years and the skimmer is new to me. I had to dose with some chemi-clean because of some stubborn cyno and completely spaced chemi-clean + skimmer= LOTS OF FOAM!!
