Well, I managed to break off the plastic air inlet on the OTP3000 needlewheel pump in my Octopus RPS3000 Recirculating Skimmer. Seriously bummed out. I can buy a replacement pump on eBay for around $95, but I thought I might try to glue the airline directly to the left-over nub. There is probably from 1/8" to 1/16" left on the nub. Any suggestions on the best type of glue to use? Is it even worth my while to try this?

Thanks, Reefman. I'll give it a try. If it works, I am going to tie-wrap the airline to the skimmer body so that I don't do anything stupid like yanking on it again.
