What skimmer would you recommend for a 70G Cube. It will be a FOWLR at first with softies down the line.

well first off, i think you should just start out with it being a coral tank, instead of a fowlr..
a soft coral reef with less emphasis on fish is likely going to be more stable,
and removing fish from a fowlr to make it a reef is a hassel.
assuming you have a sump for your 70g, heres a couple skimmers;
if your looking for super cheap, but still good then this skimmer is great:
