Small White Dots???

Today I have noticed that there are small white dots on the back side of my 75 gallon tank that I have had running for about one month. does anyone have any idea of what this might be?

Could be coraline algae forming, which is a good thing!! See, things will eventually start to look up!!

So should I just not clean my glass or just try to clean around them?

Oh you can clean it. Don't worry about cleaning around them. If it comes off, it'll just spread the spores around the tank and it'll come back. Pretty soon you'll be cussing the stuff because you have to scrape it off your front glass all the time.
