My skimmer was missing the clip for the air tube to stay up on, so it was shipped today and with it came a ViaAqua water pump, its only 80 GPH so what should I do with it?

Well I know he probably sent it because he's nice and is making up for leaving out the part...the pump I have now is 242 GPH plus a powerhead

With a couple of float switches, that would make a very good "Auto-Top-Off" pump... if you're so inclined, or your system requires.

I have a closed lid so evap isn't really a problem, I was just thinking about giving it to the LFS and getting a credit?

The back chamber is open so I can have the skimmer at the height I want, and it has an intake and outtake fan

wow so hows the salt creep on the glass vs the light exchange to the tank work? wish i knew,i would cover at least my tank to keep out the heat sheeesh

I have hardly any salt creep, never temp fluxuations
