Did you try the email option? If not, go to chichas user profile, and click on the email option. Some people have their account set to send them emails when they have received a pm and some have it turned off so maybe try the email option just incase it's turned off.

Just a thought in the meantime.

I'm not sure how you sent a PM, to Chicas. However, communication, through the classifieds works a lil' different, and some have not realized they have messages, because of this. Here's a thread, that explains the different forms of communication, in the classifieds, and how each work.
