Source for rubber bushings on Mag3 pump shaft?

So I've had my Danner/Mag3 pump long enough to know that after 9-12 months or so it will start to make a racket. I replace the impeller and all is well for another 9-12 months.

What seems to be happening is that the rubber bushings on the ends of the impeller shaft seem to shrink over time, which then causes the impeller to bounce around in the housing since it's not centered anymore... and make a annoying noise. I've noticed that the old impeller bushings fit really sloppy in their mating holes, while the new impellers fit nice and snug.

The magnet/impeller/shaft are all still in good shape - it's just that these bushings (which *can* be removed from the shaft if you're careful) are shot. Seems silly to buy a whole new impeller when I'm just wanting new bushings.

Has anyone found a source for these things, or found a good DIY alternative? I've looked everywhere and I can only find the complete impeller. A year or so ago, I tried hot-glueing the bushing into the housing which quieted things down for a couple months, but that fix didn't really last long.
