Anyone have any experience with Spraydekor? see it being used in Europe and looks awesome.

Where can I buy this in the states?

NT Laboratories Spraydekor is a non-toxic foam that hardens to a rock like finish to create coves, filter covers, coral reefs and backgrounds. A 500ml cannister will cover 1.5m at 1 inch thickness.
(Date on can refers to manufacture, not use by)
Looks to be a super foam /glue hardner????

Wow that seems to be something useful, wonder how it looks, any links to the product page?

Its sounds cool. Is it safe? I love the idea of corals growing on the walls of your tank.

I first saw spraydekor on RC. A quick search should turn it up. Anyone know if it can be bought in the States?

So did anyone get their hands on some of this? Sounds like it would be great when fisrt setting up a tank!

I haven't, still on the fence if it is safe. I am debating on buying Pangea aquarium back ground instead.

That pangea stuff is pretty nice looking too. I like the coral look but I wonder if you can attach frags to it? How do you attach it to the back of the tank? Does your live rock hold it in place? Can't you do the same thing with rubble, crushed coral, etc. and some gel glue to the back of the glass? Won't the hermits climb out of the tank? Just a few questions. :)

I'm sure you can glue frags to it and they will grow. (I plan on it) Ideally you silicone it to the back wall of your tank before you fill it with water. I plan to build my reef structure around it one portion of my reef at a time since my system is already established. (Meaning... using live rock to hold it in place).

I think hermits will stop at the water surface, but if they don't, they will only make that mistake once. :D

If I don't order a Pangea background I will end up making something but buying it done is easier.
