Iknow the picture sucks but its whati got. i think its stn,not sure. I have tried dipping this thing a few times. Killed some red bugs a few weeks agoandmost of the corals havethrived since. This stylo i cant figureout. It is halfway down a 20" high tank with a 250wmh. Pretty high flow too.

Are the white spots near the center of the coral skeleton showing? It's hard to tell from the pic. It looks pretty healthy. Good polyp extension. Just trying to get an idea of where the tissue necrosis is. Also keep in mind that SPS don't like to be moved at all. The more stable their world the better they thrive.

near the center, and a little bumpy. the base and "fingers" are all poylp'd out. The center has been showning some white patches. Isnt all bleached out like rtn does though.

Looks fine to me. One of the most hardy types of SPS coral. Colors up best under moderate light and high kelvin bulbs.

Regards,
Kevin

One of my favorites! Green Catspaw, VERY hardy yet light and flow sensitive. It doesn't like too high of water stream on it, nor too direct of halide lightin nor any major changes of each.
