sump question "help"

just wondering what if my return pump quits or power goes out will the sump over flow ?

you will need to check that before this happens. Best thing to do is shut the system down and let everything settle. once done fill your sump to the top. then turn the system back on. Then make the water line on the sump with a marker so you no where to max fill your sump. anything above this line will be on the floor. LOL. This is the best way I know of doing this. Has never let me down.

Drill a hole in your return line about 1/2" below water line in DT for a syphon break. Done that on all tanks I've set up and never have even come close to a power outage.
