Say I have an old ecosystem this is Acrylic that I no longer use. My question is I want to take out all the baffles in the sump and build it the way I want can this be done . thx

It may be a little difficult IMO to take out the baffles if they are glued in which I'm pretty sure they are. The glue they use to assemble acrylic sumps and tanks, pretty much chemically melts the two together if I remember correctly. Trying to remove them would probably crack the acrylic. I'm sure others will chime in to confirm, but your only way to probably remove the baffles is by cutting them out...

Yeah it can be done, but not easy, you will need a rotary tool to cut out all the old baffles then you can do it the way you want to, it wont be pretty though...
