Sumps?

I was wondering if you guys have any examples of sumps from the past. I need to get one better designed for my tank. I have a 180gallon DT and the sump under there currently was designed with the baffles way way to high so the water is at the brink of the sump during operation and a power outage means an instant mess.

Also what is your turn around time looking like, as I'm close to a deployment? Let me know what you need to start a quote etc and I would like to see what we can do.
