I run a 6x54w on my 75 gallon tank. What is recommended for how long you should run these per day.

Have xenias, open brain, clam, fingre leather, GSP

You will find on average that alot of people will run their lights for about 8 hours a day

(Don't worry, I'll get a lighting schedule figured out sometime)

with flourescents (t5,vho,pc) i would suggest 12h. light cycle for lps, sps, clams, and anemones or 8 -10h. for softies

I have the same fixture on my 75. My tank is a mixed reef, including some soft and LPS corals, some SPS and Clams. I'm wanting to move more towards SPS soon. I run my actinics for about an hour in the morning and then turn on the daylights. I leave all on for about 10 hours and then turn day lights off. About an hour later, I turn my actinics off. I don't have timers so this is what "Normally" happens. Not always though...lol.
