Seattle Area Aquarium SWAP

Hi,

The Seattle Area Aquarium SWAP is an event that Aron Jemison and I put together as an opportunity for aquarium enthusiasts to come together to trade or sell their livestock and excess equipment, and to just mingle and chat. It brings people together from GSAS, wafishbox.com, PSAS, and the general public. At our November event we had 70-80 people show up and it was a lot of fun and there was a lot of ‘’horse-trading’’ done!

The Seattle Area Aquarium SWAP is this coming Saturday, March 9, from 3-6PM, and if you want to get a table, then come around 2-2:30. The link to our Facebook page is http://www.facebook.com/AQUARIUMSWAP?ref=hl. The SWAP will be held at the Kloshe Illahee community clubhouse at 2500 S 370th St, Federal Way, 98003.

Since this is not a GSAS sponsored event and there will be non-GSAS people there selling, as well as trading their items, we only made the one announcement on Airstone a few weeks ago. That’s why you haven’t seen this posted and talked up on Airstone.

At least 2 LFSs will have tables there this time and we expect there to be 10-12 tables of goods to for sale and trade. And I just found out a 3rd is considering coming.

If you have any questions, comments, suggestions, please call, text, or email me. 253-468-6445 or [email protected].

Hope to see you there!
Ron Sower
