Switching tanks question!!

Hey I have a question or two!
If I have a 29 gallon astablished and want to swith it ALL over to a clean 29 gallon now drilled for "REEF"
How should I do this?
I am gonna go "BARE BOTTOM" on the new tank!
If I just use all the same water and live rock just leave the sand can I just switch it all over with no promblems or is there something else should I do!!

you can just switch it on over no problem

very nice...

i moved my tank a few months back.. it took about 5 hours to totly clear up again.... but i was able to clean so meny things when i did that...
