T-12 Question

I just got a used hood for my 75 that came with (2) 48" VHO T-12 bulbs. Will that be enough light for sps corals?

Not even close. They'll be good for actinic supplements, though.

if its vho you can easily swap out the holders for T5ho's, vho eats a lot of electric for not so much return
