T5 bulbs suggestions

I have a 60 gallon tank (48" x 15" x 20" h) and I plan to add a Tek retrofit kit 4 x 54. I was wondering what bulb configuration would work better with my setup. I really like the blueish tone and since my background is going to be the same color as my overflow box, I was wondering what would be best.

I could be wrong, but the desired tank looks like it might have a blue back. It also looks a bit like 15-20K halide lighting since the bottom is so well lit. I do not think that 220 watts of any spectrum will give you that effect. Be that as it may, put the actinics up front for a bluer look. Any lighting experts here have an opin?

The ATI Aquablue and ATI Blue Plus are higher-PAR T5 bulbs with a lot of content in the blue spectrum. ATI Bulbs

Thats amazing that they can grow SPS under just T5s!
