Tank drilling specialist needed

Anybody in the south end have the equipment to help and teach me how to drill my 40b. Willing to pay or give drags for the work. I dont want to take to the glass shops cause I really want to watch and learn so I can do this myself down the road. Thanks

Instead of doing the 45 degree angle, you could cut yourself a jig using the same bit out of wood and clamp it to the glass to place the hole where you want (I would do this). They do the 45 angle is so that the bit doesnt slip and drill a different area.

I have a couple glass drilling bits. Veryeasy to drill. Just keep it straight and keep the bit cool. Jigs keep it in line. I have drilled several tanks with great success.

I have a bit for a 1" bulkhead if you ever feel like heading out this way I don't mind showing you how to do it.
