We have already asked a couple of other questions, but of course each week there are new things in the tank.

We have a month old 28 Nano Cube HQI.

We have live rock and sand, and a

1 cleaner shrimp
1 camel shrimp
1 peppermint shrimp

1 emerald crab

5 astria snails
4 nassarius snails

we now have some bubble algae and I thought the emerald would work on that, but the algae is on the top rock of the tank and the emerald only visits his rock which is on the bottom. Should we get another emerald, is there another creature we need to consider?

I'd take the rock out and carefully remove the bubble with a little rock since your tank is fairly new and as long as you don't puncture the bubble algae it is effectivly removed.

With the tank being so new (only a month old) unless the rock was transferred from an already established tank and the rock was fully cured, I wouldn't add anymore livestock in there until the tank has cycled  As Debbie mentioned though, physically removing the bubble algae without popping them is another way of going about it :)
