You'll need a lot more live rock. If you get live rock that's already cycled and healthy, and transport it in a way that keeps it healthy, you should be just fine. With the new sandbed, you'll experience a diatom bloom, but that's normal. You'd experience one if you transferred your old sand bed too. Plus all the other problems with stirring up old sand bed. Good choice going with new sand.
