a small return on all the help received here.
suspend tubing from ceiling with nylon string,suspend 5 to 6 lbs of weight from bottom of tube, start it spinning and dont stop, apply heat gun or torch at length needed and heat till softened. pull down and hold, reapply heat as needed. to narrow the neck i use a tshirt , thumb and forefinger around neck cinch it while turning. the stretched part is thinned out by this so a heavy wall tube may be needed for some apps thank you Steve
