The Bahamas SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone is ever planning on moving to the Bahamas re-think it! This place is rediculous! I just wanted to let everyone know that my computer has to be sent to the States to be fixed because these idiots here who are supposed to be Toshiba dealers can't fix crap! So I will be without a computer for realistically a month or 2 eventhough they say it will only be 2 weeks (yeah right). I just wanted to let everyone know that I won't be online much until I get my computer back unless I get free time at work during the week (Mon-Fri) or I go by someones house with a computer. That sucks, but what can you do. I guess by the time I get my computer back, I'll have a full blown reef to show everyone!

Thanks for the replies doods and doodettes! Today is another day and the Bahamas still sucks(LOL) It's a rainy day though so I might get a little more free time on the computer to work. I was honestly contemplating getting my computer and having it mixed myself whenever I go over to the States, but my wife wants to send it. It works fine. It's just that it has to be proped up to cool. Aw well....

LOL...Yeah I do live in the Bahamas. It's cool sometimes like having good warm weather, clear water, reefs galore and on and on.....(LOL) I almost forgot! Service here sucks though. There is no competiton really. I'm just a little pissed off because if one of my customers buys a cd player, amp, alarm whatever it is, I don't ask any questions. I give them a new one and send back the old one. To me, it's not the customers problem if smething he bought isn't working so why should they have to wait on me! I guess everyone is different...

for me sometimes is depressing dood because i feel like its always raining in here and summer is not as hot as in Mexico where 110 degrees is normal, so i still think that Bahamas is not that bad dood.

Think of it this way Bahamas boy. YOu now have more time to sit around in a hammock by the water and just look at the waves rolling in while listening to some nice music and sipping on some coconut water with a little honey! It is human nature to hate what you have and love what you can't or don't have. At least you don't have to worry about Wilma rolling up to your front steps like some of us do. Have so much gas here for the generator that I should be opening a retail outlet for it pretty soon. :badgrin: :badgrin:

LOL Alberto! My wife just got a call from the computer people today and they sais that Toshiba probably won't warranty the computer because it might be refurbished because the serial number is rubbed off!(LOL) You have to laugh. My wife cussed the hell out of them (because I don't curse (LOL) and they said they would pay for whatever has to be done. It seems like they are going to change the mother board(LOL) All I can do is laugh. I may as well just buy a new computer, tank, car and house one time and call it a day(LOL). Aw well, I am on my wife's cousin's computer just to check in with you guys. I'll see if I can get on some more this weekend. They promised they would have my computer back a week from Tuesday...I'll have to see that to believe it!(LOL)
