tiny round white ball bug in refugium

I've been reefing for 6 years and have never seen this type of copepod/amphipod. It just appeared all of a sudden in my refugium. Anyone know if it's good or bad? Very small like a grain of sand, white, bubbly round or plump round. Constantly moving. Very circular and round. Any ideas? Good or bad?

do you have a pic. sounds like some type of sponge is safe for the reef
