Too many bugs and worms?

Is it possible to have too many bugs and worms or will they self regulate? When I turn on the light at night the tank is crawling with bugs. Currently I have my fish in the Q tank treating ick. Thx Brian.

I don't think it is possible. Your fish , when they get out of QT, will help regulate your crawlies, at least mine do.
