Tumbler calcium reactor

Ive been contemplating this for a long time now. I have all the pieces and parts but would like some opinions.
Instead of reinventing the media and wanting a fluidized reactor without having to get expensive media. Why not move the reactor instead of the media? The whole thing should take up a 12x12 space.

It worked and is now in my atic along with alot of my other strange gadgets. The media was noisy but it worked fine.
