Tunze Service and Turn around..

I messed up my two tunze 6200s. I was concerned sending them in. I figured it cost me 1300 dollars for a kit. What caused my issue was excessive water on electronics. Roger explained to me. I told him I planned on using a acylic box to prevent this in the future. He said the box would work. He gave me a awesome deal of repairing my electronics since it was my fault and I was honet. I must say Roger is awesome. He notified me the day he recieved them, called me, fixed my problem. He called me from his personal phone at night. I wanted people to know the prompt and professional service I recieved. That was done within one day! Roger, I am glad your there.

That's great man...I love to hear good stuff like that because you don't get that kind of service much here in the Bahamas Seeing they are so helpful, you think there's any chance they can speed up those Tunze nano streams??
