Tunze top-off troubleshooting

Has anyone had trouble with their tunze top off systems? Mine is going nuts. The too high alert is going non stop. Two lights are on at the same time. Obviously it's also not working.

Any help is appreciated.

Ive had some issues where the red light on the low water is on but water level is fine...I just reset it by unplugging it wait several seconds and plug back...if under warranty you might call tunze to ask if you can get another one..seems to be a hardware issue IMO..
