Just as the title states.... my Green Birds Nest gave way the other day after a move from about a couple weeks ago. It was full and had extended polyps before the move then was receeded after the move until one day I came home from work and it was bleeched out completely. All my inverts, nem and SPS are fine... actually they seem to be doing better than before.... Just weird....

Im in the final stages of losing every one of my acropora's in the last month. All the testing, WC's and fragging I could do didn't save them. All the rest of my SPS are doing fine. Unfortunately, some times it is part f the hobby

Thanks Peppie.... I just needed to complain to someone who cared (wife just shrugged her shoulders and made a comment about losing money over the dead coral)...

Trido.... Unfortunately I have been through worse conditions and losses. I sometimes think that these coral die just to irritate me... lol... maybe not. :)

Hate it when that happen! Lost a colony myself two days ago when everything else looks good.

Sorry about the birdsnest. I just moved myself and lost one of my Bangaii Cardinals, he just wasn't up for the trip.

When I had the 210 running people would ask me "How's the tank doing?". I would reply "Well, Some corals are a growing and some are dieing. For the most part, pretty good". Its just part of the hobby. Buying 98% aqua cultered corals helps to aleviate a lot of guilt when these events happen :)

Thanks again... I hope to find another nice SPS... also noticed to day that my zoo's, which were purple with a green dot center) are now a brown color.... can zoo's change color's like that without being near death?
