Video looks pretty cool to me.
I've never used it but I think photobucket accepts video downloads.

Sanyo Xacti VPC E1

It used a memory card, pretty amazing camera for the money $360.00. Goes against everything we know to put it into salt water and then run it under the fawcett to rinse. It's good for about 5 ft under
