Just a quick thanks to Cy for the great customer service and the awesome frags. I originally had ordered a few frags online and had a problem with the Barrier Reef website, called Cy and he took the order over the phone and sent the frags out the next week. There was a problem with the shipping (possibly a defective heat pack) and I lost 2 frags plus a freebie he had thrown in. Called Cy and he had me check everything on my end to verify there wasn't a problem with my tank. Once he had the parameters he told me he would send replacement's when I was ready. Had a friend pick them up Friday and they are beuts!
