update on my weird red people eater zoas

heres an update of my weird zoas...its actually growing..the skirts got bubbly
look like bubble shroom zoas....
always open never close...got stung twice and still doing better...
weird but interesting,the skirts are really bubbly..

I've seen alot of zoanthids before, but that one is a first.

i nearly toss it thought its gonna be contagious but none of my other zoas do the same so i guess ill be having this one..

i have 1 polyp of billy clubs and 1 polyp magicians that is two-face(2 polyps but 1 stalk)....

also 1 polyp of magicians growing/budding polyps on the stalk not on the base...my zoas are doing weird stuff...

I saw that happen to some of my palys for a month or so. They were under T5 lights. Never figured out what it was that made them do that. They are fine now and growing really fast.

mine is under halides...it looks cool because the skirts are so bubbly...and i think it will stay forever this way...even the ones that are growing are turning bubbly too...
i hope its just stays like this..its interesting

I've had bam bams, light blue palys, and one other un-named zoa split like this before. they usually populate from budding, but apparently divide as well.
