UV sterilizer

I got a UV sterilizer over the weekend and I am not sure if I am just supposed to run in for a short while and then unplug it or if I am just supposed to leave it on all the time? Any suggestions? Also, do people out there who have them like them and do you feel it brings a better quality for the inhabitants? Its hard for me to decide what I think about it so far and was just looking for input. Thanks.

Ever since I got it, my LTA has not been opening up as far...any thoughts?

i believe you leave it on all the time..water needs to pass thru the sterlizier continously for it to be effective..

i have mine on 24hrs a day and yes it does help.
