Weird thing in my tank!

So i got some new LR today big peaces to use as a base. i was moving rock around and there was something that was coming out of a whole in a rock, it looked like a serpent starfish leg, but was only one leg. about 4in long. Ive never seen this before and as soon as i moved a rock again it went back inside and hasn't came out. anyone have any ideas of what this is?

possibly a bristle worm. what color was it

What color?? The only thing that I can think of that would look like that would be a bristle worm, but....anything is possible.

it was a yellow/tan but it has little legs like a star fish. now there is a clear stream coming from the whole its in.

wounded what ever it is i have some small worm like creatures too u will only see in dim light!or when u move something!
