Well Water

I need to rinse my new substrate... is it alright to rinse with well water?

I have used all RO water in my tank (125 gal) .....

I'd do the final rinse in RO/DI to get out whatever is in the well water but really I never rinsed the substrate. What are you using for a substrate?

crushed coral flakes...

i did one small batch with the well water and then ran to the store and purchased RO....
