what corals can you have in a 250 gallon tank along with Achilles Tang, Purple Tang, Picasso Trigger, Snowflake Moray, Threadfin Butterfly & Heneochis.

Picasso Trigger and Threadfin Butterfly are not reef safe. The Trigger will eat anything except possibly anemones. By Threadfin Butterfly, I assume you're talking about the Chaetodon auriga. It's natural diet is mainly coral polyps. It might leave soft corals alone. The Heniochis, depends on the species. Most are not reef safe, but a couple of species, such as the Heniochus acuminatus are more reef safe than most.
