When looking for Nikon equipment, keep in mind that Nikon doesn't refer to it as "Macro," those silly folks call it "Micro." LOL. Macro/Micro lenses will cost you quite a bit of money, but are well worth the investment.

The Craigslist ad you linked looks like it might be a professional photographer...maybe. He might have used this camera as a "back-up." You want to make sure it doesn't have a lot of "actuations" on it, meaning it's been used A LOT. All DSLRs have a "actuation life." Not sure what that camera's would be. But you don't want to buy a body that's near it's end.
