hello everyone, i have a current outer orbit 36inch hqi with 2 150 watt metal halide with t5s 2 of the t5s are Actinic 460nm and the other 2 are Actinic 420nm, i replaced the 10,000k halides with 14000k do you think that is to blue for a 70 gallon with mostly lps? also I'm using the mounting legs that came with it .

It's largely a matter of preference. If you like the bluer look, go with the 14K. Did you have a particular brand in mind. There's been a ton of research done on different lighting (threads on RC). I've also read a lot of posts about people noticing different growth rates in some corals under different color light. I've used both myself (Ushio 10K/Phoenix 14K) and think that I like the bluer look of the 14K nowadays.

u will also find out that diffrent brand kelven rates do not match others brands so,

the choice is your what you want it to look like, the watts per gallon is what matters.

32" deep is DEEp" the light will have a hard time geting to the very bottem, make sure that if you have anything that is a big light demander, that its closer to the top,

i mostly have Lobophyllia Hemprichii, should they be moved to the top or can they say on the bottom ?
