What happened to this barlett?

So I bought this barlett at barrier reef on saturday. Had noticed that he had a white spot on his tail but wasn't sure what it was and bought it anyway. Can anyone tell me what this white spot was? The other barlett they had in stock did not have this? Took him home and notice a very slight round indentation at the back near the tail. It was very very subtle. Didn't think much of it and turned off the light per usual after introducing a new fish. Next morning, indentation seems to have gotten worst. I took these photos today. As you can see, it is a lot worst now. Can anyone tell me what they are? My wife thought they're bite marks but he seems to get along with everyone fine.

I have a blue tang, yellow tang, orange goby, pair of clowns, leopard wrasse

I would return the fish and also inquire if either fish were quarantined or treated.
