i got that pic off of website that said it was a flatworm i didnt think that was correct.i figured out what i have.bristle worms.

Bristleworms don't look anything like the picture you posted. Bristleworms are nothing to worry about. Well, MOST of them. There are a few species that can be harmful in our reef tanks, but those are rarely encountered. Most species of bristleworms are very beneficial to our tanks...BUT don't touch them. None of them are beneficial to our skin.

Definately a flatworm and if yours looks like the picture, seems you correctly IDed it as Thysanozoon nigropapillosum
