I believe it's a flower anemone also. I'll also admit, as others have, that it's beautiful!!!

They really aren't that aggressive, and don't split as regularly as, say Bubble Tips. However, I believe one that I had, several years ago, ate a few of my shrimp and a fish or two.

There are a few people in the area that have some nice ones like that.
I got a green one from wacoral a couple years ago that has gone from one to 6-7.

Pretty sure that's one of the local tidal anemones. I think they're called a Painted Anemone? I have photos of some from the Seattle Aquarium... But yeah, cold water. No go for the reef tank.
