What to feed?

I'm excited about my new Flower Pot coral and Torch coral that I got. I just don't know what to feed them! I feed my clam Kent Marine PhytoMax (super-concentrated) and she seems to be doing great. Any suggestions would be aprpeciated! Thanks.

Try this article in regards top your Goniopora. The torch will do fine with pretty much the same. Neither will benefit from phyto.

In addition to direct feeding of the suggested foods, I think sometimes phyto can help indirectly by feeding the little critters in the tank that reproduce and create larvae that can become "natural" food for your corals. Just a thought...
