Well, i would love to have a few nice macroshots of my tank but i dont have the camerra or expertise. So what is it going to cost me to have some one come over and take a few shots?

yeah i've been practicing with my nikkon d40 i don't have the macro lens yet (working on getting one though them things cost more then the freakin camera), but I have took some nice pics with the lens I have now its just not totally macro but close to it IMO. I can possibly come over and take some pics and no cost to you. Heck we are pretty much broke being in this hobby amongst the other bazillion hobby we all do.

That would be cool roscoe. When ever you have time, let me know. I'm afraid that i wont be able to bribe Tracy until after fishin season.

yeah he is a fisherman. Stop catching all the salmon Tracy lol I want some. I'll try to make it over there next weekend, but just to let you know I'm still learning this camera thinggy I could use a pointer or 2 or just go get the macro lens lol. I'll hit you up soon and by the way you were whom I met at Bretts house right? I'm sure you were but any ways I'll see you soon.

Steven11,

I will come anytime becaue we are just neighbors... But to warn you I am no expert. Let me know when and lets hook up... Anytime call me. Will PM you the number.

That would be great.... but the problem is me going to your place... hahahaha.... we have been planning this for so long.... hahahaha.... unlike steve here.... he is somewhere nearby... where are you steve btw.... dont know your address...

Dang call me.... lets hook up...

i've seen some cool pictures with some of the nikon point and shoots with the macro attachment, alot of it is the photographer so you might try playing around with a less expensive camera to find what sort of things you like about cameras. Given i went straight for the macro lens, a tamron 90mm Macro lens, a thought a shorter length lens gives more depth of field but gives you less working distance.

Dang - the frags(almost to big to be frags) are doing great! You will have to stop by and check them out sometime soon.
