Greetings.. Still pretty new to the hobby.. about 6 month now.

There's a bunch of .. stuff.. all over the rocks.. it's maybe 4-5mm long.. look like small weed/floating dust/stuff..
i can't really describe it.. but it seems like it's all over.. and stuck to the rock.. they do come off if u rub the rock, but then the tank gets hazy from all of these little stuff floating around.

I know this is probably a terrible description.. how do i clean the rocks so they look 'clean'?

Thanks!

Hello,

You can suck it off rocks with a water change, pre filter, micron filter...... Pictures really help when asking questions:)

Go to the grocery store and get a turkey baster. Or just get the one out of the kitchen drawer but dont put it back in the drawer when your done with it. Use it to blow the stuff off the rock. You can siphon it out with water changes.
Letting anything like that settle will contribute to algae growth.
What kind of flow do you have in your tank. Again, pics will help.

Here's a pic of the growth things.. They're kinda all over..
i have a 55 gallon, There's 1 koralia powerhead, and a HOB skimmer.

Okay, on the 55 you will want at least two if not three koralia 4's on it. Get the water moving so stuff doesnt settle but stays floating and eventually filtered out thru the HOB filter.
