which bulb should I replace first

I have a current satelite set up with old bulbs I can only afford one at a time at the moment. I have some frogspawn that seems to be deteriorating. I'm sure need to replace the bulbs question is should I replace the actenic one first or the white one?

The daylight is going to give you the growth over the actinic which is more for your pleasure than the corals....
