Which pump?

I need a small external circ pump for my 2.5 gallon pico. I was thinking either an Eheim or a Quiet One...I'm open to others too.

My requirements are:
-must be quiet because it's in my bedroom.

-must not transfer too much heat (it's a 2.5 gallon tank)

-would like it to be reasonably priced

-if it pumps mroe then 200gph, it must tolerate having the flow restricted with a ball valve

Any opinions on the two pumps above, or any others, is very welcome. If you happen to know the model number too, that would be great.

Eheims are good pumps. My limited experience with Quiet One pumps tells me that they're not that quiet.
