Im thinking I might like to try it.
Was wondering if anyone out there who does it as a regular practice, and if its really worth the effort?

Dont you feed rotifers once a week Dang? I don't think you specified live or frozen in you TOTM thread.
I want to learn about live ones. I think I can do them successfully with enough reading.

PS dang,
I'm really really bummed out....
I killed 4 of those corals you sold me :(
The Special edition birds nest frag(lasted a few weeks....never really took to my tank)
Same with that tiny piece of Kryptonite, it never recovered from the fragging.
The beautiful blue tort, and that neon orange SPS disk were doing fantastic till about a month ago when my system crashed.

Ive since fixed the problem, and everyone is doing better than they have ever done.
Such a shame, but thats how we learn ^_^

Dang, do you use the live rotifers or frozen?,,frozen after dark,,they love it

I use live rotifers enriched for at least 8 hours with Dans Food with Beta Glucan, or with Algamac 3050.
Rotifers have little nutrition without the enrichment so if using frozen, make sure that they have been bioencapsulated to enrich before being frozen.

As Rayjay says, it is best to enrich them prior to feeding them to the tank.
They are very easy to culture. I currently have two marine algea cultures that I use to feed\enrich the rotifers. If you have the space and inclination, this is a very easy way to go.
