wondering about fish food?

I recently came across some lyretail anthias, and was wondering if anyone had any reccomendations for what I should be feeding them. I know mysis shrimp and brine shrimp, but what ones are good? When I purchased them I also got a bottle of pods to see if they would eat them. Its too early to tell as I have only had them for two days but I just thought someone on here might have some experience with them. They are very healthy and I would like to keep them that way.
